You will need a heat-proof bowl, boiling water and a towel. Pour two to three cups of boiling water into a bowl. Add one to two heaped scoops (using the little spoon provided) into the bowl. Place a towel over your head, shoulders and the bowl. Close your eyes and inhale the steam for as long as possible. If two scoops feel insufficient, add small amounts in increments. *If the vapours are too intense at first, inhale without the towel to start with and then cover your head with the towel after a few minutes.
